Workout Apparel Worth Trying Out

While in quarantine and self isolating at home I noticed that I started to and actually wanted to workout more than I ever have. I started running more, doing more yoga and Pilates and lots of cardio at home. But now that the quarantine is slowly being lifted and things are starting to open up we may not have to spend as much time at home as we have the last three months. Since it's starting to really warm up outside I mean 70-80 degrees Fahrenheit we may opt to spend more time probably all of our time outdoors as the quarantine begins lifting since we've been indoors for so long.

But just because the quarantine is slowly being lifted and places like restaurants, rooftops, spas, bars, night clubs, hair salons, nail salons, pools, beaches, gyms and so on are opening up doesn't mean we can't continue with our workout routine or continue exercising. Since it's getting really hot and humid outside you may not want to do intense running or intense workouts outdoors. You may want to go to a gym facility as they open up since there is usually air conditioning at the gym.
