The Hair Bow Look
There were a lot of hair bows being worn on girls coming down the runway. A hair bow is a great way to make a boring outfit pop and stand out. With hair bows if you have enough hair to put in a ponytail it will work. Hair bows are also great on days when you just don't want to wear your hair down. A hair bow is a great way to style your hair and make it look different.
When using a hair bow to style your hair you can do a cornbraid going down the middle and put the hair bow at the end of the braid. You can just part your hair in two and have the hair bow on the top part in a ponytail and the bottom part of your hair is out. You can have two pigtail ponytails and put a hair bow on each pigtail ponytail. You can do a bun and put the hair bow around the bun. Or you can just have one ponytail and put the hair bow around the ponytail. There are several ways to wear a hair bow. But the good thing with hair bows is that they come in a variety of styles, colors, prints, patterns and embroidered or not and so on. So you have a lot of options when it comes to choosing a hair bow that works for you.
A hair bow won't really work during the winter season since you'll probably be wearing a hat or balaclava. But a hair bow is a great accessory to wear in the spring and summer season since you won't need to really wear a hat or balaclava. When it comes to shopping for hair bows you can find them at several retailers at many different price points.
If you don't have any hair bows and like the hair bow look you can either go out and buy some hair bows or you can do a DIY version of a hair bow. When you go to some retailers and buy items you get your items wrapped up with a cute ribbon. The ribbon is usually given at luxury or high end retail stores when you buy say clothing, shoes or bags. Your items are boxed up and then a ribbon is put around the box to make your purchase look like a gift. When you get home instead of throwing out the ribbon(s) you can use that same ribbon from the luxury high end retailer to tie around your ponytail in a bow style.
