Looks Made From Tencel Fabric
You're probably wondering what Tencel is. Well Tencel according to Tencel.com - is branded Lyocell(a form of rayon) and Modal fibers that are produced by environmentally responsible processes from a sustainably sourced natural raw material wood. Tencel is considered to be very versatile so you'll notice that when you purchase clothing made of tencel you'll also notice that sometimes not always that it might be combined with cotton, silk, linen, wool, polyester and other textiles.
Tencel is considered to be more absorbent than cotton and softer than silk. Tencel is very common and popular when it comes to bedding and athletic apparel. If you go to places like West Elm, Bed Bath & Beyond, Target, Pottery Barn and so many other bedding stores you can check the bedding section and you'll find lots of sheets and pillowcases and other bedding items that are made of tencel.
The reason I wanted to take a look at Tencel is because it is one of the most sustainable and environmentally friendly fabrics out there. Also when tencel is being made very little water is needed unlike with cotton which requires lots of water in order for it to be produced. Tencel is also softer than cotton so that makes it very non-irritating even for people with sensitive skin.
