Some White, Ivory & Off White Looks For The Spring & Summer Season
Now that we are approaching summer in the northern hemisphere it's time to start unpacking and bringing out your summer apparel. In NYC the summer time can be very hot and humid. So to keep cool you'll tend to wear things that are not heavy and that won't make you sweat. During the summer you might lean more towards dresses, tube tops, halter tops, sleeveless playsuits and anything sleeveless or with a spaghetti strap or strapless, t-shirts, linen, skirts, shorts, camisoles and anything else that keeps you cool.
The thing is when it gets really humid especially here in NYC it feels like it doesn't matter what you wear you're still sweating a lot. But just because we'll be sweating doesn't mean we shouldn't go outside. The summer time is great since daylight lasts longer and it gets darker later so that means we have more time to spend outdoors at the beach, at the pool, enjoying boat rides, barbequing, having picnics, spending time at Central Park and other parks and doing other fun outdoor activities. So if you plan on spending extended or any amount of time outdoors you want to make sure that you are wearing something light and airy and let's not forget sunscreen (can't forget the SPF).
For this post I wanted to take a look at some white, ivory and off white pieces that are great for the spring season and can be transitioned to the summer season. Below are some white, ivory and off white pieces worth checking out. To learn more about each look below click on the links below each picture which will take you to the retailer selling the look.
