A Look At Some Humidifiers & Dehumidifiers Worth Checking Out
This post is a follow-up to my last post which was about candles and diffusers. For this post I want to take a look at humidifiers and dehumidifiers. Since a lot of us are working from home we have now learned to adapt to spending more time at home. Being at home for work and just spending more time at home in general means making your space more comfortable especially for working and being there a lot more. Now that it is winter in NYC and getting colder and colder and sometimes snowing more people might be hibernating and staying indoors in the heat to stay warm. Some of us might spend longer periods of time indoors as it gets colder with the heat on.
During the winter season when the heat is on this could make your indoor air dry. So you could maybe look into purchasing a humidifier for your home space. A humidifier is a device for keeping the atmosphere moist in a room. Humidifiers can be effective for treating dryness of the skin, nose, throat, and lips. Then we have a dehumidifier which is an appliance that takes moisture out of the air in your home. Both a humidifier and a dehumidifier both have their benefits. During the winter months when the heat is on having a humidifier can help to moisten dry air that can dry out your airways. A dehumidifier is great during the spring, summer and early fall. Having a dehumidifier can reduce any extra moisture and make it easier to breathe.
If you live in an area that has a cold climate you might want to look into investing in a humidifier. If you want to reduce the presence of allergens and irritants in damp areas of your home you could maybe look into investing in a dehumidifier. Below are some humidifiers and dehumidifiers worth checking out. To learn more about each humidifier and dehumidifier below click on each picture which will take you to the retailer selling the item.
