FCC offers $67 million more per year for rural broadband programs

Engadget --------- The Federal Communications Commission announced on Wednesday additional funding to its Connect America Fund dedicated to expanding broadband internet service to rural communities. The agency will make available $67 million more per year than originally earmarked for the project.
