FCC watchdog: Kushner called agency chief on undisclosed matter
Politico --------- An FCC watchdog report is shedding new light on White House contacts with FCC Chairman Ajit Pai, including a previously unreported call from Trump son-in-law Jared Kushner. The inspector general report on Monday, found no evidence of favoritism toward Sinclair Broadcast Group. The investigators asked Pai in an Aug. 8 interview about an email and phone call from Kushner. The report says Kushner emailed Pai on May 5, 2017, saying, "Just tried you - had a quick thing to run by you."
