Stocks, Dollar Rebound as Bonds Drop; Oil Gains: Markets Wrap

Bloomberg ------- U.S. stocks rose with the dollar, while Treasuries slipped as investors reassessed the Federal Reserve’s signal that it intends to shrink its balance sheet. Oil climbed with gold. The S&P 500 Index pushed higher as energy shares jumped, while banks advanced as the yield on 10-year Treasury notes turned higher. The dollar rose versus the euro as Mario Draghi reaffirmed he is in no hurry to scale back stimulus. Crude rose as investors speculated OPEC cuts would continue. Emerging-market assets slumped.
