If you are unhappy at your current job you might decide that you want to vent and write an anonymous review on job forums like Glassdoor or Indeed just to name a few. I'm here to tell you that you can and should write job reviews but just be careful to make sure that when you're venting that you're not bashing the company past or present. When writing a review or reviews anonymously there are ways you can write it without bashing the company. You want to first make sure that you're giving honest feedback and constructive criticism. This is very important because not only does it make you feel good about yourself and make you feel like you're being the bigger person, but it also helps the company know what areas they need to work on and hopefully make the needed changes.
