It's that time of year again when parents are running around trying to get back to school items for the kids. Back to school spending is expected to rise this year that's why I wanted to to take a look at ways that parents can save money. The first thing parents should do is shop around when doing in-store and even online shopping. I always do this, why spend more if you don't have to. There will always be bargains available so it's important to do price comparisons when you've selected the items before you make the purchase.
