I was at the gym the other day and after working out I went to the locker room to clean up and get my belongings out the locker. As I was walking into the locker room a young lady who was standing by the scale about to weigh herself asked me if I knew how many times a day or how often women should check their weight. I wasn't really sure because it's not something that I do daily because I feel like it can become obsessive and it can be very nerve racking if I weighed myself daily. So I don't do it daily. So I told her I wasn't sure, but I tend to do it at the end of the week and in the evening after my workout. I then directed her to a personal trainer at the gym, which I explained to her that they could give her a more definite answer and more information. But there are other experts who say you should weigh yourself everyday. So who do you listen to. The bottom line is that weighing yourself doesn't have to be stressful.
