How To Guide For: The Skateboard Workout -- Is This A Thing


Anyone who knows me knows that I am always looking for new ways to up my fitness game. When I work out I tend to stick to a particular routine and from time to time I mix it up and add a few new routines. But yesterday when I was at the gym doing some cardio I heard some of the other women who were nearby working out talking about a skateboard workout. I had to ask the two ladies what is a skateboard workout. So the ladies explained to me that it's a class in Paris where the instructor has everyone using a skateboard mainly for balance while the instructor gives everyone in the class instructions on what to do next while on the skateboard the entire class. I thought this sounded interesting and based on the videos on the web for skateboard workouts it looks pretty fun. It won't be long before this starts to pick up and be a trend in NY and all around the states. For now I'll stick to my regular workout routine.
